This is my third time using Carefree Air for different reason. Customer service is terrific, the staff who schedules is great, I have dealt with Roseanne on a few occasions and she is terrific. Zach, Jonathan & Andrew have all been terrific technicians. Techs are respectful, prompt, considerate and are quite good at explaining things in a way a non- tech can understand!

Was having a problem with my A/C system. The service men came and repaired it very quickly. Very professional, polite and neat. This system was installed by CareFree Air Conditioning several years ago and since then they have been taking care of it. I'm very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I called Care Free on Saturday, Fourth of July weekend. I explained that I had some else hired to put in an AC Unit since March. Here it was July and they still did not install a unit. Ray arrived Saturday morning, took one look and said don’t worry. He emailed me a proposal, with an installation day, Thursday. His team was on time and installed my unit. I had AC on Thursday. Thank you so much.

Let me say The installation went smooth as butter. A great bunch of guys doing the installation. On time, hard-working. I definitely felt like I was in good hands, and made a great choice. I'm overly pleased. Thank you Carefree Air.
